To date then, we have relied upon a tiny group of elected individuals to steer society in the way - and in the direction - they and certain others determine - favouring certain interests in particular.
We only have to consider the events of recent times to know that the sheer enormity of the task - we citizens have given this tiny group of people - appears to be beyond their capability to adequately deal with.
The promoters of JOIN THE DEBATE have reasoned that - among the population - there is more than enough talent, imagination and creativity to deal with all the issues confronting society today. And that should be no surprise, when one considers that a population of over 65 million has far greater mind power than the tiny number of 650 elected SMPs in Westminster. Basically, for every elected SMP, there are a massive 100,000 DOTS in the population.
And you - like us - are one of them!
At the inaugural meeting of JOIN THE VISION, we have just 100 seats available.
